RHS Malvern Show Publicity

Project Publicity

  • The Garden project will be launched January 23rd 2020 at an evening event hosted by St Giles Hospice.
  • A social media and PR campaign across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn will cover the project’s progress during the entire run up to the show and continue afterwards, as it follows the return and installation of the garden back at the hospice.
  • All supporters will receive coverage in the campaign and ‘tagged’ throughout where possible. Supporters will be actively encouraged to share and ‘shout about’ their support and involvement.
  • A dedicated website/blog will tell the story of the project and how people can get involved, providing a permanent link from all social media posts, with more detailed articles and updates as the project progresses.
  • Supporters will be featured in a bespoke blog and a permanent page will provide a space to showcase supporters featuring links to their websites.
  • A time lapse film is to be made following the actual build of the garden from Monday 13th April – 4th May

  • Acknowledgement as a sponsor in the garden brochure – handed out to all visitors to the garden during the show
